Faith & the Common Good has Greening Sacred Spaces chapters in a number of cities and regions across the country. Regional chapters may differ in program focus but each is overseen and supported by a local volunteer interfaith Steering Committee as well as the national organization.
Regional Chapters must set up a local steering committee with one or more volunteer coordinators to begin outreach to interfaith and environmental groups. A GSS 101 workshop and chapter development kit may be available for regions ready for a formal launch.
If you are interested in learning how you might help start a Greening Sacred Spaces chapter in your region, please contact Michelle Singh, Executive Director, at [email protected].
If you aren’t ready to set up a chapter, but you fall outside a current chapter and would like support with your greening activities, contact our Network Coordinator at [email protected].
