This year, to celebrate the Spring Equinox, the first day of Spring and New Years Day or Naw- Ruz, in many cultures and religions, Greening Sacred Spaces London Chapter will be coming together for a Drumming Circle; we want to connect all Londoners in honouring and celebrating the land that belongs to the Creator.
Our celebration will be led M. Tracey Whiteye, Oshkaabewis Kwe, which means a woman helper or messenger in Objibwe language; she will honour mother earth and future generations with her songs and prayers. Tracey is a wholistic practitioner, researcher and educator. Other drummers will share their drumming traditions, they include Rob Larose (Ireland), Dave Rayo (Nicaragua), Nooshin Jaberi (Iran), George Hinnah (Liberia) other drummers to be announced.
