What does Resilience mean for Beasley? Extreme Weather Preparedness

The Lighthouse Project, a new pilot project in the Beasley Neighbourhood invites you to join us in exploring what neighbourhood weather resiliency can look like.

Local resilience grows as people share their ideas, build relationships, and plan ahead for emergencies.

Two Public Meetings:
Thursday, March 22nd 1.30-3.30pm
and Tuesday, March 27th 6.30-8.30pm

St. John’s Lutheran Church (on the corner of Wilson and Hughson in Hamilton).

Learn about local hazards and risks for Beasley, including rapidly changing weather patterns.

Find out why emergency managers need residents to be their own first respondersin the early days of an emergency.

Participate in local emergency response mapping — everyone has a role to play.

 All are welcome!
